There is something about the last four lines of this poem that grabbed hold of me and just wouldn’t let go. I’d love to hear what you think of “A Vision of Rest” as a poem for troubled times.

Ahh, though death will come and the bare branches forecast it’s power; the springtime of eternal life is ahead for those who accept the glorious gift from Him who is love personified!
